The aim of Feng Shui is the most simple of all: sleep better, live better, work better. Lack of sleep weakens the immune system as well as the ability to concentrate during daytime and makes us more prone to depression, anxiety and low mood.
During this one-to-one online course, you will transform your bedroom according to the principles of Feng Shui so you will quickly experience the huge benefits of a restful sleep and feel energised and positive at the start of each new day.
The course consists of 2 Zoom sessions of 2 hours each during which you will learn how to find the best energies for health and regeneration with the Flying Stars (Compass School), which of the 5 elements to use to maximize those energies, and how to arrange your bedroom according to the principles of Form School.
Once you have made all the changes, we have a last one-hour follow-up Zoom session to check your bedroom is now fully Feng Shui compliant.
